Our process of Circle Manufacturing involves DC Casting, Ingot Homogenizing, Impact Scalping, Hot Rolling, Cold Rolling, Circle Punching and Heat Treatment process to get the desired Tempers. Advanced technologies of Inline Trough Degassing and Infiltration have been adopted to minimize Hydrogen content and other inclusions.

Packing
The Circles are packed in pallets with interleave paper, polythene.
Pallets and boxes are strapped with hoop iron and clips. Silica gel packets are placed for moisture protection.
